No Refund:
Human errors can happen, so we encourage our customers to inform us if they are not satisfied after receiving their product. We’ll request proof through pictures and will correct any issues, then reproduce and ship the corrected product. Customers after receiving the product will not be eligible for a refund. This is due to the costs incurred, including embroidery files, production, and shipping.
Full Refund:
We offer a full refund to customers who request either single or multiple patches for machine sew-out verification and choose to cancel the order before sample approval. This includes costs for embroidery files.
