Our standard turnaround is up to 10-14 days, while 8 days for rush orders.

Do I get to see a sample before placing order
No. Once the order is placed, you’ll get digital file sample and then physical sample via picture for approval of running full production.

What kind of formats do you provide for soft files?
For Digitizing(EMB, DST, PES, PDF PXF, POF, EXP, CND and OFM.) For Graphical design (ai, eps, pdf, png)

How many color variety can I get in sets of patches in one order?
2, 4 and 5 color varieties for the set of 50, 100 and 200 respectively.

How many designs can I get in one order per set of 25?
Up to two designs per set of 25 patches. $15 will be charged additional for each additional design.

What Candle thread is used for embroidery?
Top quality Twill Candle thread is used most commonly, but you can choose Neon, Gold and Silver metallic Candle threads for some additional charges.

What shapes of patches do you provide?
Any shape like circle, square, rectangle and etc. you prefer will be set for you, but sometimes the shapes will be autonomously chosen according to the nature of artwork.

What is smallest and largest size you can do?
Smallest size that can be done for regular patches is 1.5” and 3” for chenille, while largest is 14” for both.
