Six Needles does not offer Exchanges, Return &Refunds on any kind of order placed, except for the exceptional case mentioned below.

Because Six Needles is proud of providing customized quality work and doesn’t provide worn and torn products. Six Needles takes our customers into confidence throughout the process by sending pictures and/or videos of the products from a sample to complete production. Instead we ask you to make sure you check the products and condition prior to receiving.

Having said that machines and humans are not error free, thus if there is any issue in product subject to our human or machine error then you can claim it by sending video and pictures of that product. Upon inspecting technicalities, Six Needles will approve the return of products and replace it with new ones
